Janelle Bremer founded Good Clean Food Hawaii in 2012 and has steadily grown revenues 30%+ annually with 3x the industry profitability and employee productivity. Her success was achieved in one of the most expensive labor and real estate markets in the world and she did it by taking an unconventional approach to running a food business: a commitment to using data and a strong investment in people.

Janelle has her B.S. in Accountancy from Case Western Reserve University and her MBA from the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawaii. She credits the combination of her education and experience with giving her the ability to understand her business quantitatively and grow it beyond industry norms with a dedicated, happy team.
